y many users say the new garmin drains battery life? some even say to use kill me to remove the garmin.

You have to wait awhile will it loads up the catalog wor. Try leaving it longer see how.


? I think the use of killme is to just kill the running the background process of garmin which prompt to run it every now and then . Not to remove it. Im using the new garmin,so far no problem with it.

hi guys i have a problem..hope u guys can help here..

normally after using the phone for more than a day,i would not be able to go to my menu..whenever i press the 'menu' or home button, the menu would not show up, instead it will be at the stand by screen..i wont be able to do anything until i click the red phone button which will 'take me back' to the stand by screen..i can still lock my keypads even though the menu doesn't show..the problem can be solved after i restart the phone..but it gets annoying when i need to restart the phone every day..

i hope someone here understand wat im saying up there n give me some help..thanks alot..

I know exactly what you mean...I faced this issue twice already.

hope after the firmware update I did yesterday, no more of this issue.

Heck, it was because of reliability issues with Nokia phones back in 2004 that made me switch to SE phones (I bought 4 SE phones), which never gave me any issues. I hope I didn't make a mistake again going back to Nokia.

i think that is human bug not phone bug. I do not have such issue been using nokia since 7650. Mistake is yourself

wow, strong words you have there. you have no problem good for you, but I am sharing my experience. I didn't ask anyone to agree with me.

I had it once 2 days back,open some programs and then i press the end button after that i cant enter my menu after restart ok back. Well,i seriously have nothing to complain bout this phone .

Lucky, touch wood my E71 got no such problem. But my N95 not so lucky. the menu + c button both kong~
now i send to flash. T.T

how can you say its human bug?clearly the problem is with the device..you are lucky you get non-'human bug' device..but some does..if you're aint gonna help, dont shoot some one..

Device are commonly faulty. Its the person that uses the device. When a person knows the solution to it then its not a problem. For the person that having this problem when it happens again try eject the memory card. If all is working again then its the memory card due to some uncomplete data transfer between phone and memory card causes hang.
