Can't stomach it as in what sense?
By the way, I am considering Creatine as well now to help in growth.
Is this the one everyone recommending?

this is the one I mentioned before.
in terms of price for Creatine Monohydrate, nothing beats Egonutritions Creatine:

500g - RM64
1000g - RM102

I'm currently using EAS Phosphogen, but thats only because I discovered egonutritions a couple of months after I bought my tub.. heh.
So far its the only brand I''ve used so I cant tell if brands really do play a difference when it comes to creatine mono.

Perhaps will go for the simple one like UN Creatine or Egonutritions Creatine.
Thinking of add into my Whey for my PWO shake.

for creatine monohydrate, just go for the cheapest ones. no need for all those fancy shytes. its how you spike your insulin when taking it that matters the most.

My plan is to have 1 serving creatine + 1 1/2 scopes whey + 1 scope glucose as my post workout shake. Will it be sufficient? Definitely will be too sweet I guess.

Btw, I heard some said creatine should be taken before and after workout. I think I read before somewhere in this forum before. I don't take any pre-workout shake. Normally I go workout 1 hour after my dinner.

i mix whey+dextrose+creatine at one serving.

There's research showing that protein taken with carbs improves its absorption. Also, the insulin spike will help deliver more protein molecules to your muscles

Hm, but there are also sayings that protein and carbs slows down the carb absorption in which we actually need it to be fast absorb into our body to recover the lost glycogen and at the same time provides creatine bla bla..

Btw, like for me, I take whey(chocolate), vitargo(orange), bcaa(watermelon) and creatine postworkout. I cant imagine what taste it'll like if I blend it all together especially choc+various fruits.

i'd mix two glasses, 1 for the whey and another for the fruity combo stack; then take them 1 after another.

Taking your shake postworkout with high GI carbs like dextrose wont slow down the protein absorption. Taking it with lower GI carbs like oatmeal might.

I would strongly advise those interested in or currently taking creatine to take the time to read this article:

interesting artical

I love this part

"So even though creatine is considered a settled issue in gym culture — it's safe, it's simple to use, it works — there's probably a lot about it you don't know. Even if you're currently using it, you may still be using more than you need, or not getting all the benefits you could from it"
