im using the second one. seems to be good enough. add some glucolin for the insuline spike and you are good to go!
what type of creatine should i buy ?(brand & etc), cell-tech hardcore?

for creatine monohydrate, just go for the cheapest ones. no need for all those fancy shytes. its how you spike your insulin when taking it that matters the most.
