QUOTE(arekey @ Sep 30 2009, 12:42 PM) This is PURE NONSENSE.Creatine is an nitrogen acid that supplies energy to your muscles and and nerves. Your body itself creates creatine and so when consuming meat although you'd have to consume a huge amount of meat to get the same amount of creatine a tiny scoop can give you. You DON'T need an EXPERT prescription for it. You just need to load, maintain, deload, and repeat. And drink tonnes of fluid at that. And to recommend Weider just shows how ill-informed you are about creatine. The creatine you get from Weider comes from this 20KG pack which are sold to companies by an OEM brand. They just separate and sell it in cute containers. |

QUOTE(arekey @ Sep 30 2009, 02:28 PM) I use to think like that. but on weider product there is something different. Just so you know, "for expert usage only" that tag, is a marketing line. I studied that in 2007 in Marketing Research class. What Weider Product did you use??? Added on September 30, 2009, 2:52 pm Not on Weider Product. There is a label "For Expert Use Only" on Megamass 4000. Now i know the lable there for a reason. belief me. You have to now how to use this weider product before you use it. That why i'm suggest he get an advice because i've experince it. Joe Weider has also had numerous issues with the law when in regards to his marketing design. He has been sued for false advertising and misleading photographs. His so called "Training Principles" was also not his. It was merely an effort in which he cataloged some old training methods, gave them a fancy name and claimed it was his own. Joe Weider then used his name, to create bodybuilding shows and then used his shows as a launching pad for his products and promotional activities. Joe Weider is a very intelligent man in this aspect. |

QUOTE(arekey @ Oct 1 2009, 09:50 AM) The result that the product produce per serving. Where are the contradict?? Wieder bring faster and noticable result that other brand that i use. You are well-inform rite, So why you not answering the question?? Why don't you tell us? We're not Weider advocates. Here's something for you Damien. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « And what you said "All weight gainer makes you gain fat as well" is true. However, you're also the one that said "Weider products are different" Which means, Weider products do NOT make you gain fat. Or on the other end of the scale, it could mean, Weider products MAKE you gain even MORE fat than usual. So which is which? |

Have you taken other variables into consideration such as;
- Training intensity - Rest period - Macronutrients from other foods - Vitamin supplementation - Training phase - Stress levels All these can make a difference in the muscle that you gain. What are the variables in the Weider supplementation that allowed that difference in volume of muscle gained? |
