hi im 72kg 182 cm 12%body fat izzit too much bodyfat? should i cut more then go bulk? and what is the best way to do bulking? biggrin.gif rclxub.gif

You'll get fat. Too much calories. A weight gainer is not necessary. Just eat more rice, wholegrain bread, chicken, fish etc etc.
But then it would be tougher to count calories that way.

I been reading and hearing different advices from body builders who successfully gain weight.
1. Many emphasize on more protein intake to gain lean mass. (Whey protein the best choice)
2. FF Trainer suggested to take weight gainer such as Serious Mass or BSN True Mass.
3. Friends who suggested eat more on carbs (I doubt).. but they really gain mass.
