get moshi palm and track guard

After using the moshi track guard on two mbp's and now without it. I feel that the moshi track guard kinda make the touch pad not so sensitive as in u cannot trigger the touch/tap to click as it should. Sometimes can and sometimes can't...
It's much better without it in my opinion nod.gif

the quality of the cuts isn't very good. when i align the apple logo correctly, the corners don't align... get what i mean? for the back, i cannot fit the 4 cut-outs for the "feet" nicely. the material is top notch though. i got the black CF one for front, back and side. i have since removed the front and back. the back skin will cause a temperature increase due to the aluminium unable to dissipate the heat.

Any sticker recommend? I'm cant stand the weight of MBP with the speck satin see thru on. It's bulky and heavier icon_question.gif

I just bought an Everki Swift laptop backpack at All IT for RM79 (LYN sellers are offering RM12x for it.. sweat.gif). The paddings aren't very thick so I bought a black sleeve (for 15" MBP) for RM21. A real bargain!

Total spending: RM100 (Nice.. I love it when all my purchases round up this way). brows.gif

my point of view:

it will increase the temp slightly since the heat only focus at the back. and, it will get your notebook some scratch too.
the trackpad? which one? if its moshi, i dislike the texture to be trackpad. i leave it as it is.

i rather leave it naked, unless you are an ocd type of person.

Heat issue will not the problem, since it not going to have any significant increase of heat. but you may need to bear the weight of your macbook with speck case on. it add considerable weight to your machine blush.gif
just leave the trackpad naked, and enjoy the new gesture of mb smile.gif

I do agree with most ppl that after using cases and track guards on the Mbp, it's definitely better to be naked.
Cases add too much bulk to the Mbp and track guards especially moshi's one is making the trackpad hard to tap-to-click.
