hi guys....have anyone of u got the moshi ivisor? i got it recently but it was kinda disappointed as there is watermarks on it after installing. the worst part is that it tends to affect the screens color also
thx guys This post has been edited by gurus: Jul 4 2010, 11:49 AM |

QUOTE(dvlzplayground @ Jul 4 2010, 12:27 PM) ^ about the screen colour (i assume u mean RGB noise?) most matte-type SP got that side effect because of the adhesive. im using capdase SP n got that issue too, but less la compared to even cheaper brands moshi ivisor's SP got no adhesive in the middle at all, only around the borders and i also dont see anyone else with these issue on yutube. everybody seems fine but mine |

QUOTE(dvlzplayground @ Jul 5 2010, 10:25 PM) i use an SP just because i cant stand the glossy screen Totally agree with u, I install the moshi ivisor antiglare cause I can't stand the glare of the glossy screen too...glass is already hard enough if u're worried abt scratches i agree with crumpler stuff, good but very expensive. furthermore the KLCC store always no stock of the popular models, n tend to keep old models around (some are even dirty already). try garage sales Not really about protecting the LCD but the ivisor does the job of keeping the glass screen scratch free too. |

QUOTE(dvlzplayground @ Jul 5 2010, 11:45 PM) well if u install expensive SP like iVisor, u're gonna be worried about the SP getting scratched instead hahaha True glass is known to be scratch resistant. obviously it CAN get scratched (people tend to think scratch resistant means impossible to scratch), but not that easy |

QUOTE(llsphinxll @ Jul 16 2010, 11:52 PM) hey im using a red one too. really liking it. classy and the matte color is great. nice picture of the speckted mbp ![]() but i just bought a yellow speck see thru satin for my new mbp 15" now the problem is, i cant use the new charger port with the speck. im not sure whether i accidently bought the speck for the older mbp version but with that clipper thing, and the charger being shaped like that, i cant seem to charge my mbp. will go back to machines to ask them about them. cos they clearly stated that its for the new mbp. anyone out there faces this problem? cos if there isnt, den i proly bought the speck for the older version. and im gonna give that machine 'genius' a piece of my mind if i cant refund that rm178. QUOTE(CreamMilk @ Jul 18 2010, 04:41 PM) highly recommended. using it on my macbook white, very satisfy with the result. moshi keyguard user here but you have to wash it once in a while, because it's some kind of silicone/rubber material, so after some time of usage, dirt and dust might stick on it. i am not sure about other brand like moshi as never use before. if someone could comment abt Moshi it would be great. my words = its very thin, highly transparent. abit weird while typing on it at first but got used to it somehow later in a day or two...i've been using it for sometime now and i realised that there is some visible blurry effects on it which u cant wash away but its not that bad overall its still recommended |

yezhacolic is selling the mario decal himself, check this out http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=1487041&hl=mario p/s: there are a few forumers selling the speck casing as well in the garage sales. they do provide good service This post has been edited by gurus: Aug 6 2010, 05:07 PM |

QUOTE(llsphinxll @ Aug 16 2010, 06:25 PM) maybe the clip part has to be between the palmguard and the mbp. but either way, think cutting off that part wud be the best. solve it once and for all. i also thought it will just solve the problem once i cut it but abit ugly leh...not perfectly fit anymore anyway i'll try post some pics of the after cut Added on August 17, 2010, 10:49 am QUOTE(tarvalslain87 @ Aug 16 2010, 08:55 PM) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « I had no problem with mine..... Ic but sooner dust is gonna get inside the gap and the palmguard will lose adhesiveness on the affected areas. Well that's what I think only as I already cut off the edges coz got abit dented due to the clips. Now it's working fine
