Only TM replied me by e-mail & MCMC replied me by email once only, the rest of the communications are by phone, sorry.

Even now TM has stop emailing but calls me instead. There was a thread created by me on TM's replies tho if u search deeper in this forum...

Dont worry u can raise the issue to this new government, they are always willing to help. Even MCMC, so far dealings with them are very smooth and to the point. Ask them help u and HELP TM solve their problems, yes HELP TM. But still, for now it looks like no matter where u are or what IP you are on, its the same.

*218 ip has improved slightly (packet loss from 60% this afternoon is now fluctuating around 0-45%), will contiunue monitoring.

router is okay, cant access or ping modem cause my setup is COMP>ROUTER>MODEM

then remove your router and connect to modem directly.

ping your modem and do a tracert using software.

why does my dl speed keep going down? from the start was like going up to 100kbps, slowly drop drop drop down to 50+kb/s...my problem or theirs

218 improved today, still have room to improve further. not so consistent with ping times etc etc, but bravo to TM, hope it stays

excuse me but how do u downgrade streamyx account from 1MB to RM20 plan ? go to TM point shop?

What is the problem: slow. i cant even access speedtest.net at all. even wifi in starbucks is faster. what might be the problem?
