damn i keep getting 115. and 124. damn slowwwwww , few months back direct dl 200kb/s using 1mbps, now 2000byte/s also got! wtf..................how to get nice ip? 60. and so on

im staying in subang, alwys get 115, 124. extremely slow download speed and gaming and browsing. VERY SAD LA TMNUT THREAT US LIKE THIS

i keep getting 124. ip...anyone have any idea on how to get 60. or other good ip's? Cause this shit sucks!

why does my dl speed keep going down? from the start was like going up to 100kbps, slowly drop drop drop down to 50+kb/s...my problem or theirs
