How can I remove contacts added to the Contact bar at the main screen?

yeah its true.. just experienced it yesterday... if we soft reset da fon with da mem card inside...most application install still working... but if we remove the card prior da soft reset... we need to reinstall those application again.. hehehe (in my case... most applications installed on mem card not da fon.. not sure is it da same with ppl installed it on fon mem. )

Just checked NO firmware out yet for the Malaysian product codes   For the forumer who already updated, which product code did you use?  Not that I am going to do the same... just curious

Yes, usually it highly recommended to install in memory card unless the app. instruction told you need to install in phone memory to make sure the app. fully works.

I'm using Finland product code mate. 
And now I'm on my original product code. 

select the contacts tat u wanna remove den go to the option tab (where u can see 3 line)
den choose the "remove from contacts bar"

Im not sure how to remove u can try Menu>Settings>Personal>Home Screen>Home Screen Theme> there u can change i think.

Bro, any idea if we change codes, then update then change back.. .is the warranty still void?

"Select the contacts that u wanna remove" do you mean select the contact from the main screen contact bar or the contact inside my phonebook?

No such delete/remove option in Home Screen Theme ler....

I cant confirm that brother. I think it would be yes.
I just take my risk to update it. I'm not really afraid to update the firmware by change the product code because I think nokia will not release the firmware that cause severe damage to the phone.

Very tempted to change product code also, So you used f1? what is the full product code... but then i am sure if i do, tom the firmware will be out for malaysia.  Haha

Why is it Ori tube only last for 1 year while Ap last for 18months? I though Ori supposed to have 3 years warranty

Mine is 1 year warranty ori tube from Sapura. From where you heard ori tube has 3 years warranty?

I’ve tried updating the firmware last nite..
I am able to update using Nokia PC Suite. but I have a problem.
I can’t navigate through tabs anymore.
like inside Messaging i cannot flip through Inbox, Outbox, Draft etc without going back to main menu first.
seems that all tabbed GUI is not working now.
anyone with similar problem?

try change your phone to another theme and see if the tabs are working.

change ed juz now..10 times re-start...but its still happen...or i need to reflash the fw??
