Yup kaspersky update stuck lerrr... coz too slow... Hope they fix the problem soon if not we all suffer the slow speed... |

I'd tried to called them since this morning and only managed to get through just now.
 The CS like never know what happened and said this problem is resolved already!! She dare to say it's my side problem (really get  from me) So clever say within 2 days the line would be OK...I asked OK as in what OK she keeps silent. Must be some rookie!! Overall getting to CS 20 mins waits and another 15 mins for billing requests!! |

every hour more or less the connection will be JAMMED and totally cant access any web until manual reset the modem to get new connection
this has nothing todo with the international link! this is purely incompetence of TM network team who once again mess up the configuration |
