Ever since the earthquakes causes global interruption,
I think TMnet has found a fcking BRILLIANT idea to
give excuses on their fcking performances. WTF ?
Now their excuse is cables, great work...how the
hell, Singaporeans arent affected.

Its like almost every month there's interruption, even
singaporeans in my wow guild arent having lags or DC.

whether true or not, sometimes i also feel that way
the thing is the most minor outages (or outages with other major alternative routes)
they use it as an excuse, who are the cheating?
it is like 5% distruption, the whole streamyx slow like 80%

God Bless Malaysia~

btw, you can still access sites other than USA/ Hong Kong sites (as mentioned in the interruption message). Try www.abc.net.au or any other Australian sites if you want to kill sometimes tongue.gif

What does international links breakdown has to do with IP locking?
*
the breakdown itself directly? of course nothing
unless the screamyx minded people segregate their bandwidth towards certain ranges and change the ranges a certain area you can get to please certain business customers. cause like one of those guys mentioned earlier most of the equipment MIGHT have kena overloaded with conficker data traffic, misconfigured or down as usual.
