yes, i called three times.
1st time, the operator said that I couldnt migrate to HYC, I can only buy the new simpack.
2nd time, another operator said that I am currently on Hotlink 365 plan, must wait until the expiry date (28th Oct) before I am allowed to change to HYC.
3rd time, an operator called ken just answered one line : I help u to change after giving him my details.

the lesson is :
call and tell them u wan to change ur plan to HYC. (just try a few times, it might just work!)

Sure do. You can call up the Maxis helpline to do the conversion. I did mine over the phone. If not you can always go to the nearest Maxis Centre to do this conversion.

I went to 2 maxis centres and all the staffs told me the HYC promotion has ended. Then i went home and called 1300820120 and asked the operator to change my phone number to HYC.

the operator took down my details (name, IC number, hp number, and student ID) and then he said my call plan will be ported to HYC in 7 working days. then now ported alrdy.

In fact I was almost so stupid to go to the Maxis Centre in TTDI just to do the conversion. But somehow or rather I just ended up calling from the house whether is it true I need to go all the way to TTDI just to do the conversion or is it true that I need to get a new SIM pack.

Fortunately, I got it all done over the phone and the conversion only took 2 days.

All you need to give is your full name as per when you registered your SIM, IC number, student ID number and the institution of higher learning you are in. That's it

I was successfully ported into HYC today.
It is done within 2 days.

I am from UOX to HYC
UOX is no more competitive anymore.
I changed back to HYC
I did it in maxis centre.

last time i ported to UOX because hotlink plan is just too expensive
this youth club is very cheap

SO, my point: fast fast talk, fast fast settle yur things when u try to get the HYC.

If he has house phone. Some people now dont have house fixed line but more than 10 hp lines perhome.

Well if they insist then you can try calling again at a later date or just fax it

told you so. Report to tribute pengguna. Maxis very scare them one. They make sure a professional Customer support calls you and make sure your problem is settle. The best part no need waste credit just email them with evidence and they will take action
