why dont u take the police report straight to maxis centre said u made the report. Can u assist yourself who it transfer to? You have the right to know since you are the owner of the number

try calling again and get a different operator and ask see if can port

I just call hotlink today, the guy said they will process my number in 7 days working. 
But then my friend call, the other guy said he need to buy a new number. Then i talk to him, finally can also. My friend gave him 3/5. so baik hati. if me i give 1 only... hehehe

My friends already got it le. He said to the operator 'my friend just call and can change, why i cannot?' then my friend pass the phone to me n i talk to the operator. then the operator said he'll check and after 1-2 minutes only he said can change to HYC. Aiya, waste my friend credit je.

In fact save very much. Even calling for an hour doesn't cost as much as the usual Hotlink Plan

everything will be the same. Only plan change. No credit deduction. For the HYC its worth to confirm. The rate is as cheap as postpaid line

Great! Gonna port my Digi to Hotlink on Monday, then 2-3 days later gonna call CS and convert my plan to HYC.

u must tell the hotlink dealer u wanna port your number to HYC,
they have a option with "hotlink youth club" in their system,
and you will under HYC after u success to port in without any call to maxis/hotlink.

i successed to get my HYC with my 016 number,
without the procedure of basic plan.

this is my experience,

i know its too early to ask but, wut would happen after the youth club expired
1.activ10 number(reset or its still there)
2.what plan does it transfer us back to? (choose a new plan or the old plan if its still there)

and another, lets say they suddenly change the rate to something we would rage about. do we have to pay to change back to the old plan?
