maxis service centre really sucks la... i went 2 service centres and both disappointed me!

No. I just keep calling when they not willing to help save the info... Keep act as a noobie & i wanna change to HYC. But all the staff just provide the same answer. I almost can memorize it all the script! 

I thought i already changed to hotlink youth club, with the expiration date till 2013, but suddenly it change back to normal plan again, wtf hotlink.

Call the cs and they will fix it. I had that problem too.

For me, it took a few calls that cost more than rm20 and more than 1 week. That's why I said maxis service is bad and expensive. But HYC is cheap!!!!!!

Did the customer service officer ask for your friend's student ID and how long did the phonecall take?

I've done step 1 porting to Digi XD Later Tuesday carry on step 2 to port back to Maxis.. Wee~

I'm studying form 6 and I don't have a Student ID.
I called the maxis center and they asked for it. Can someone please help me? Do they check the Student ID after we gave it? Or can I just bluff him with anything ID I have....?

Erm, i just called maxis cust care. They allowed me to change to HYC.

Dont need the hassle of porting. SO easy?

Mine will be activated in 7 days
And if i dont read this thread, i wont even know i can port to HYC because the Hotlink website clearly wrote that i have to buy a new sim pack if i want to use HYC

if current hotlink user above 25? is it possible to convert to HYC by call 1300820120?

at least digi is free....maxis need money really useless
