i dont know la why maxis/hotlink still want to play hide & seek with this hotlink youth club plan... if wanna do business go ahead....broadcast to whole malaysia...make them easier to be joined.... their customer service also not well trained (this applicable to all other services & telcos all well)...

hello its call business la.

Normal plan rate 39 cents
HYC plan rate 12 cents

in long term u calculate their rate of losses. If example 100 ppl use call rate 39 cents vs 100 ppl use call rate 12 cents their losses rate is more than 50%.

They are trying to show if ppl ask they have if ppl dont ask they do not have.

2nd call, the operator asked for my phone number and name (no ic, student id) but then he asked me to call after 2 HOURS AGAIN, because the SERVER IS DOWN. doh.gif

Well, I'm not agree with this.

With MNP nowadays, people can choose port to d'campus and UOX if there isn't HYC. By that time, Maxis losses more.

You can't do any conversion anymore even you are using from MNP to HYC. If you want this plan, just buy the new simpack as well!

I call to the customer service, the staff also said must purchased the new simpack! Totally give up!

the bold part is allowable in the website....i gonna bring both my sis & bro temporary digi prepaid number (which originally normal hotlink & maxis postpaid) to port to HYC this weekend...i'll print their website FAQ and How to Join HYC part....& i 'll highlight the part of customer from other telcos...

if their resist dont want to MNP the numbers, i'll ask to see their manager...if their manager also resist not allow both numbers to be convert to HYC, i'll lodge formal complain to SKMM & consumer body....

all that will happen this weekend either at maxis centre selayang or the gardens mid valley....

wish me luck flex.gif

Just called 1300820120 again. The operator said the server is still down, but he recorded my details: phone number, name, IC and student id. I gave my university no matrik as id number, but they didn't know. then he said he will process it after the server is up. and 7 days working days is required for the porting... thats all

Actually i went to lowyat plaza and taman segar's service centre to request for porting to HYC frm my hotlink prepaid. and both of them told me the promotion ended, i can only port thru ROADSHOWS. But the damned HYC website said we can port in ANY service centres. So contradicting eh!

now i ended up calling them and port on the phone, need to wait 7 working days. and yet the service centre staff said ONLY ROADSHOWS!
