Just came back from the maxis center. Double checking with the staff over there & they said i must purchase the new HYC simpack even you are existing hotlink user or you change to other telco & change it back to Hotlink from other telco as well. The answer will be the same.

Today i just went to the Maxis Centre & request the HYC again. They just giving me the same answer as below...

Now i just finish to call up the Customer Service & they request me to call them back after 2 hours since they are facing the server down issue as well!

Guys! Who willing to keep existing number for your Hotlink basic plan to HYC plan. Please call during nights. Their customer service is good during that time. I just help my friends with one call. They automatic help me take down the requirement info as well.
