Just came back from the maxis center. Double checking with the staff over there & they said i must purchase the new HYC simpack even you are existing hotlink user or you change to other telco & change it back to Hotlink from other telco as well. The answer will be the same. sad.gif

I asking from the only one maxis center in ipoh as well. They just 100% confirm me that i must purchase the new HYC simpack for this plan. doh.gif

Today i just went to the Maxis Centre & request the HYC again. They just giving me the same answer as below...

No. I just keep calling when they not willing to help save the info... Keep act as a noobie & i wanna change to HYC. But all the staff just provide the same answer. I almost can memorize it all the script! whistling.gif

Guys! Who willing to keep existing number for your Hotlink basic plan to HYC plan. Please call during nights. Their customer service is good during that time. I just help my friends with one call. They automatic help me take down the requirement info as well.
