Dunno about AcBel..but silverstone does deliver 80% efficientcy at tat max load..500WATT...u can refer to tis review
ST50F review problem is it has 2 X PCI E 6pin both connect to second rail...which means 2 plug, but total can handle 216watt only.. But factor in 75 watt supplied from PCI E slot actually can support up to 291watt graphic card.. for processor i think nothing to be worry about..haha..since max also 140 watt only..unleast u wan Vmod it  |

I would say go for Corsair HX/TX series. (Preferable HX series)
I believe that you wont stop on current hardware.  W/ that PSU, it will make you easier to upgrade w/out considering the sufficient of power.  That is my opinion.  -pWs- |
