haha, sorry i'm not good in english. so wat kind of mistake in oc can cause it damage? is it b'coz it has many setting in the bios and ppl who dunno use it they simply do some changes and cause the damage?

I've managed to OC my Phenom II 810 (AM3) from 2.6GHz to 3Ghz, but my stock cooler was no good for the cooling so I dropped down to 2.9GHz.
