It's not easy to lose thigh fats. Most of my friends already show me their thigh punya fats, they are not fat. So if you have fats around thigh area, is pretty normal. If you are fat, just do jogging cardio. After 3 months, I guarantee your legs are strong. Jogging at least 5 days per week, 45 minutes each.

Jogging = quads, calves, hamstring, glutes (not much)

I've half a mind to close this thread because you clearly never searched.

he memang never search la. Unless he was good enough to explain his current diet and routine. langsung tak ada.

Anyway, as it has been said many times...you can't spot reduction. Its overall body fat %. So you can't specifically lose the fats of your thigh and what not...its the entire package.

Can I do squats/pushups in the morning and then do chinups/curls in the evening? No difference from having all in one session right?

Fitness is key to proper health. We all know that it is required to maintain a health lifestyle. Your fitness activity needs to address the 10 Basic Fitness Tips which include strength endurance resistance and metabolic rate as some of the Key components. But the essential question remains How much exercise and physical activity do you need?

Tip no.1- Move it or lose it (the no-brainer)

Tip no.2- Stop putting up with stuff that's holding you back from being healthy, fit, and energized.

Tip no.3- Fruits and veggies.

Where to get? GNC lah.
You could also browse around in the garage sale section to check out the LYN sellers' prices.
just search 'whey'.

I don't think weight gainers are worth their value.
I would suggest that you get whey protein and add in oats and glucose instead. Waaaaayyyyyyy more cost effective.
I got a GNC Gold card.
