i work mostly nightshift so noon hours is fine by me Xp
Added on November 28, 2010, 10:14 pmhi caseyhoo, wan to ask, when i attempt to feed my vft recently some mealworms, it appears that the trap dies after a few days, wit the worms intact sealed for digestion. is there any reason u might think causing it?
the worms are perfectly sealed and the traps are new bloom....

Sory for late reply. I never tried using mealworms. It may because mealworm is too nutrient for VFT. May I know each time you feed how many trap?

so far i only tried twice. 1 at a time. both also with new full bloom traps.

evn i wan also can't do so orz ahahahaha now only left with 3newborn traps, yet big enuf for feeding.

ok will take note on tat. so far i only feed them twice, with a week in between for each trap but both traps ended wither tats y i consult for further advice before try to feed it again when next trap is full bloom.
yes i giv them full sun daily.

hey everyone, i keep CP for sometime.... one problem cannot solve... Drosera Paradoxa, how to propagate? they are like not flowering at all, cannot do leafs or root cutting, cannot do divsion... how?

"N. x hookeriana red"
also in some of the neps. Does it means cross or something?

the "X" means, it is hybrid and not pure species. For N. x hookeriana, its parent is ampullaria and rafflesiana
