i did some read ups on VFT and generally, most carnivorous plant from regions with winter need to put their plants into some sort of hibernation mode(take out the plant from pot, clean it and store it in fridge) for a couple of months if you want to keep them in the tropics.
Can someone enlighten me on this? |

QUOTE(DylanTang @ Sep 14 2016, 01:41 PM) i did some read ups on VFT and generally, most carnivorous plant from regions with winter need to put their plants into some sort of hibernation mode(take out the plant from pot, clean it and store it in fridge) for a couple of months if you want to keep them in the tropics. I did that once with my venus flytrap. Unfortunately, it didn't survive hibernation Can someone enlighten me on this? |
