you can plant urs VFT deeper. For the biggest plant, you can split it into 2. And you will end up with more VFT plantlets

Hi all, Im AL da Great , more into snakes especially pythons. im helping a fren here who in charge of Weekend Morning Talk show called Hujung Minggu Malaysia aired on TV1 from 7.30am til 9.30am.

They have this segment called Aksi Si Comel, where every Sunday, one animal will be appeared in the segment with the owner. The hosts will ask the owner about the basic care of the animal. The purpose of the segment is to educate people the right way of keeping animals.

Here is the detail;
Name of the Segmen: Aksi Si Comel in Hujung Minggu Malaysia
Tv Station : RTM
Channel :TV1
Language: Bahasa Malaysia
Duration: 5-7 minutes
Storyline: The host come to your place, then straight to ur animal cage, interview owner abit about food, basic care n such then the host will go back

Before this the owner have to come to Angkasapuri Kuala Lumpur to join the segment but this time , they want to visit your house coz based on their experience, bringing the animal to the studio will make them stress.like before the host will ask basic husbandry about the animal and wanna see how animal keeper kept their animal.

Any idea wat type of light to get for CPs?No need to be long/big light,small-medium would do.

How are carnivorous plants in any way 'comel'?

You can use those light for planted tank. Please make sure it is for plant, ya!!!! Light color is 6000K ~ 8000K is the best. You can use those FL T8 tube as well. The most common 1 is philips 865, 6500K tube. Which you can get it easily. If can, use e-ballast, so that it will not so hot. Beside that, you can use T5, T5HO or PLL as well. PLL is stronger, but hot.


It is not convenience for me. So, I recommend a friend to him just now (forget to do so) .

>> Yea, e-ballast is better, better it didnt realise heat if compare with those normal ballast.

>> Normally it will cost rm10~15. Depends on brand and wattage.

Please buy the correct wattage for yours lighting tube. Normally, e-ballast only have 20w, 40w. So, for 18w tube, please use 20w e-ballast, for 36w tube, please use 40w e-ballast. For others wattage, im not really sure.

For 18w tube, use 20w e-ballast

eemmm.... You can try...Shop at Jalan Pasar. 1 of shop that opposite of pasar (Beside Jalan Pasar). Beside the shop, it Philips distributor, if not mistaken. Just walk in and ask for "din zhi fo gao"
