stop b here, in my opinion, better call his home talk to his mum or father bout police report and anything...dont go to extortion or gather over 20people..coz it will bring lot of u problem...it is according penal code and federal constitution..rite now better go to police station near his place and gather there n asking the police to follow u to his place...also try to call public media...the thing will be so hot when it come to public media...so better u make move...asking codex to deal with police officer...rite now, another police officer also see this thread...but not me./i'm layman only

I paid him RM 1100 for nokia 5800xm
That was end of during of feb.
Right after the transaction I realized i needed extra cash for my car accident.
So I asked him for refund.

After much tai-chi from him abt his money not coming in and he used my cash ord for something else he finally gave me back RM300.
He promised to return me the RM 800 so many times until i fed up and told him to send me the phone and i will sell it cos i needed the cash.

He said he sent the phone out last Friday (27th Mar) using nationwide express and i would receive it on monday.
Last time he replied my sms was on Monday saying he sent out the phone and the tracking slip was at home and he would check and get back to me why the phone wasn't delivered.
After that my sms was no longer delivered and his phone was off.

Then finally I came across a few threads that mentioned yip_man and that was how i know i too kena conned...

I'm from JB. Please advise on what do I do now?

i believe if anyone called nik nazry on his phone number provided yesterday, he picked up and was ready to meet all of us. and i thought you guys are going to meet him. but it end up only me went meeting him to get explanation from him. and i wait with him until night if anyone want to have any plan to do anything. seems like after all, u guys only good at talking, accusing ppl and maki hamun only..

He pmed me saying he selling me a W960i because i posted up a thread WTB w960i la... Since he said he was working in JB/SG cannot COD.. I told him that or security reasons, i can only bank in RM300. i told him that he can check my background.. since 2004 i have been buying from this forum no problems, and i wont run away with the damn phone... So i did. Day after day, phone never arrive, tracking number also cannot track. I smell something fishy di .. so i ask for a refund. He said OK. but wanted to drag, I said cannot because im buying W960i from another forumer... so the same night he banked in for me.. I gave friends account to bank into because im only using pbb and rhb. He wanted to bank into mbb. So my friend checked, and he refunded the RM300 to me.

His number is 0102424430. So far, if i sms him regarding the phone, he will reply back one.. He seemed nice.. i dunno la..

U try to call him now. Phone is off ord.
Seemed nice till the point he doesn't deliver on his sale and refuse to refund.

of course la what if yipman got his gang. What do u think some ordinary citizen will do? Keep using police name to protect himself/herself? Come on u have the address and contact you guys cant even gather and settle this for once.

2nd we already reminded ppl over and over and over and over recommend to do COD. But u take things in your own hands then now kena cheat then all keep shouting wit caps here and there. When you bank in money to other ppl account you are doing it at your own risk. Dun blame others
