Parallels I believe. It offers better performance than VMware Fusion.

how exactly does the RAM thingy work when using Parallels? like now in windows, my system information shows 512MB RAM, while my overall RAM is 2GB, so does Parallels allocate 512MB RAM to windows leaving 1.5GB RAM to my mac or how does it work?

In other words put in your mac OS X installation CD in Windows and run setup.exe. That will install all the required drivers.

I have a question myself, My MBP has 4GB DDR3, however when i bootcamp Windows 7, it says 4GB detected but only 2.36GB usable. Is it because of the 32-bit OS, or do i lack some form of software?

question for parallels desktop users, do you guys install windows straight onto parallels or do you guys create a virtual machine for the boot camp partition?

i didnt install mine through boot camp, which means i can't just run windows right like i can through boot camp?

secondly, is it recommended to do the "run parallels compressor" thingy? i did it (ran manually), everything there was ticked.. and now when i start windows i get this "your minimum memory is too low" popup.. think i made a bad mistake by going through it..

bootcamp right now is only 32bits for XP and Vista. If you bought your mac it should come with restoration disc 1 and 2,use the first disc that says macosx, pop into your macbook when you are in windows. heres a guide http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?pa...5/en/11889.html
