pimbackup i only used for backup sms.. all others i use outlook to manage.. so that both pc and xperia will both notice me if anything..

if u r still on stock rom now. yeah it is quite risky as u nid to hard-spl then only flash 3rd party rom.

the method of hard-spl is on 2nd post. then download rom from webfolder.. then there u go.. fast rom u have..

im using valkyrie 2.2.. that is really good n smooth..

BESIDES, i done something crazy today.. holiday almost ended..! must try out every single rom b4 get a stable rom.

im using valkyrie 2.1 FS -> valkyrie 2.2FS -> V-Lite 4.3 Cobalt Final -> WC13X rodium -> valkyrie 2.2FS

damn!! i tell no lies here !! valkyrie 2.2FS is really the best rom ever i had use! it was so smooth n 99% bug free! i diden found any on it. very fast, smooth graphic (even better once i installed Neopack graphic driver)..

v-lite is better than WC13X. v-lite is at least fast enuf for daily usage. but then, no TF3D. once i installed, it craps up somethings. valkyrie foldered up those icon and make things easier to reach.

WC13X.. still the same problem while im using WC11X. when running TF3D. it open up rhodium menu n covered up normal start menu. so i got "no way" to go to settings. then u click all settings from TF3D "settings" tab.. it only goes to set up connection pages n not the full settings page. stupid. then only way to get around these is slide out the keyboard n press the "windows" button on top left.

that is for those 2.. still not fast enuf compared to valkyrie.. so, everyone should try valkyrie.

rumoured to run on snapdragon platform, 8.1MP camera, 512mb ram, all good spec..

erm.. u can select disable email support.. n continue with no email support.. read carefully n dont juz simply click yes yes yes.. sometimes the way to get through it is "NO" rather than "YES".

n yes, 3rd party rom is the best features that available on Mobile! especially windows mobile.

yeah, really worth to give it a try.. quite nice i feel.. but no offense that i havnt try latest energyrom yet.

cannot be ar.. outlook 2007 by itself doesnt need any exchange server configuration at all 1... it can easily continue without any email support which in a way that exchange server is email server too.

i think u better uninstall it.. n even follow the path to delete the .pst file.. then do a installation again.. first time launch it would definitely ask u whether wan to add in email.. n i think that u key in some data into it.. but im not sure.. try reinstallation.. it might help..

yes, hard-spl clean every single things.. better backup.

personally i feel that take out battery (in a way that is directly cut the power without telling) is quite bad.

why dont u juz poke ur stylus into soft-reset hole? it works in anyway.. i wont ever take out battery while phone is running.. in a way that i feel im torturing my xperia.

i havnt take out battery b4 for so long i use my xperia (when phone is running). anything went wrong i will juz soft-reset it.

if anything from step 4 to step 9 diden show up. u could just re-start the whole things again. juz to make sure that u dont touch o do anything to it while it is flashing.

n yeah, to check whether it is correctly flash. is hold down power on button + vol Down button.

but what i do is, hold down power + vol down button + poke into soft reset hole. it works too. so no nid to turn my phone off.

hmm.. it wont lead to any major problem oso 1 la.. juz i personally feel torturing my xperia..

anyway, hard-spl only need once. and it is an easy but risky job.. take full attention to it.. it would b fine.

same mp4 format.. but is it the exact the same quality? same fps? same bitrate?

is it H.264 / MPEG-4 AVC or is it juz MPEG-4 encoding? some they sharing .mp4 extention but they are totally different things.. 15fps mayb able to render well but 30fps mayb not be. 500kbps bitrate can render super smooth by our xperia lousy graphic chipset.. but a little bit higher mayb 1000kbps couldnt be..

i havnt try different fps n bitrate on xperia as i got no time to do that.. but i dont think qualcomn supply xperia a good graphic chipset.

by installing graphic driver may help. or even slow memory card could affect the smoothness. im using class 4 microsd current n i feel very slow. class 6 would be more recommended.

it should be written on packaging or the card itself. normally class 4 n 6 would be written on. n most of the card on market is class 2 especially sandisk 1.

sandisk ultra mobile is class 6 thou.

n only microsdHC will write. normal mircosd wont.

erm yeah.. sdtune most will be implemented for 3rd party rom. at least there is a free little upgrade from class 4 to class 6.

regarding the graphic things, then purely should be xperia / qualcomn graphic driver problem.

hahaha.. yeah, last time i used adata class 6 minisd.. really satisfied too.

if u r using "pictures & videos" which is the default application for wm6.1 / wm6.5. then click menu n zoom.

resco photo viewer in recommended in anyway.. that is better photo viewer suite for windows mobile.
