use white blackground...and try no eliminate shadows. Use lightbox...

that is the thing, i can find any white background, my house is painted blue. and another thing is maybe place my product on tile....arghhhh, where is white cloth when i need one..

try to reset the camera setting .. I was facing same problem before .. but mine, it turned to more blue 1 .. I just reset to default and it back to normal .. ..

if me , i will use custom white balance , fo Fn -> White Balance -> scroll to the last 1 (custom) , then press right then get custom set ,
select it and point it to any white thing (paper), and shoot ..

I was thinking getting A300 but don't know whether should go for the twin lens or just a single lens will do. If go with the single lens will you recommend me to get the SAL75300 75mm-300mm? I'm a beginner here upgrading from point and shoot to DSLR. I have tested both of the camera, A200 better grip compare to A300 but I want the LiveView so I stick with A300 and budget wise

for A300, twin kit lens is good coz the 55-200mm lens is a good lens

amadeo: so you will recommend me to get the twin lens kits? The street price that you mention must get at camera shop or Sony Center? Really I don't know much of the lenses. mind to share some indepth knowledge? I try browse the web for 55-200mm but not much review given.

The price is around the same posted at the 1st page. Sony centre will quote you higher so just search around sg.wang or pudu plaza.

If you think you will use telephoto lens then is recommended to get twin kit lo, the 55-200mm lens that came with the kit is quite sharp. Maybe even better than the 18-70 kit lens.
