by the way... below is some of my analysis after tested BT8030:

nokia xpress music got build in chip.. and it only transfer converted music and sound to ur bluetooth... therefore the sound quality would be the quality that you have in your tube....

when u use pc and bluetooth speaker it became using ur own speaker internal processor... therefore playing in tube sound quality is better than playing thru laptop....

thanks again everyone, i really appreciate it.
but yeah, that's the thing. n79 has a better camera and possibly even easier to type with, while the tube is well, a touch screen phone and is more stylish than the n79. still not so sure about the typing so i'll have to go and compare those 2 phones again tomorrow!

Possibly. But given the right practice (and patience!) i find that typing with touchscreen is easier, even though the Tube is resistive, not capacitive (iPod Touch/iPhone, for example). But the camera is shit if compared to N79.

Comes down to what you need, really. Phone cameras still lack quality in fine details, something that irks me in photos. I'd prefer lugging along my camera if i need to take photos.

depends what your priority. Me i dont need a 5MP i need big screen because i do alot internet surfing like right now replying from tube. The n79 screen so small u will cry surfing lyn on it

Tube have 4 input handwriting, FULL QWERTY, MINI QWERTY , ALPHANUMBERIC KEYPAD. Go nokia centre and test but remember bring a symbian expert along and u will love the experience even more.

Actually I find that resistive touch screen is easier to use than capacitive because you can use your nails to touch it and you can feel some feedback.

about the phone camera.
even the so called best, N82, to me still lacks behind a proper camera.
even my 3.2mp olympus compact thats around 4yrs old takes better pics than my N82.

at night without flash, N82 is slightly better cos has better iso sensitivity.
but in the day, N82 no fight at all.

try take a pic using N82 in broad daylight, then zoom in 100%.
u will see that anything further than 5m or so isnt that detailed.
for candid shots etc its ok la, but anything else better use a proper camera.

anyway, my N82 is no longer with me...the 5800 is a strong contender for replacement cos it apparently has the best music chip so far in a nokia set.
only thing that will irritate me is i probably cant type without looking at the screen using 5800.

Practice makes perfect! From time to time you will memorize the pad location. How long have you been with tubie?

and no, zune video converter can't combine subtitles

And btw the qwerty on the tube can be trained... just like how you can type with a keyboard without looking.

it's good to know that the typing just needs practice as that, i don't mind doing biggrin.gif
i agree about the camera, i don't really take that many pictures with my phone anyway so i guess i'm heading towards the tube more now
