Guys, i need help here.

I've been trying to install ShakeSMS from the FP, but i haven't been meeting any success in signing the sis file. I'm not very sure how this whole signing process works, so please go easy on me. I've been using SymbianSigned, but all of a sudden it doesn't work for me any more. Any pointers/tips for me on how to get that application installed?

You're welcome  smile.gif

If you want an alternative, you can use Nokia Maps for free. The one that comes with your tube. That software allows you to use the integrated GPS. However, if you want voice navigation you need to buy a license. But if you got someone next to you, he/she can help you use it for GPS.
It is best for you to get your own Dev Cert to sign the application. I won't be posting any direct links but you can find a guide at my website here:

Awesome, thanks for tutorial. Is self-signing certs illegal? If this is not allowed in the forums, let me know and i'll remove the question.

OH NO......big trouble! my tube just a moment ago refuse to work! When I tap on the screen of my tube, there is no response.....No idea why......What should I do? I switch off my phone already but still nothing happens.....I think i want to send it in for screen replacement, anyone know which service centre has stock for the tube's LCD screen?

Help!@@@!

Erm, remove battery and reinsert it? What is your firmware version btw? Anyway, if you want to proceed with your screen replacement, best is if you called the nearest Nokia Care Center for more info.

Pray hard it'll be the last. I had my Tube crash on me twice when phone calls come in. Will get my SIM card replaced (some theory my mom cooked up) and see how it goes.

thanks again everyone, i really appreciate it.
but yeah, that's the thing. n79 has a better camera and possibly even easier to type with, while the tube is well, a touch screen phone and is more stylish than the n79. still not so sure about the typing so i'll have to go and compare those 2 phones again tomorrow!

Possibly. But given the right practice (and patience!) i find that typing with touchscreen is easier, even though the Tube is resistive, not capacitive (iPod Touch/iPhone, for example). But the camera is shit if compared to N79.

Comes down to what you need, really. Phone cameras still lack quality in fine details, something that irks me in photos. I'd prefer lugging along my camera if i need to take photos.
