QUOTE(baoz @ Jan 2 2010, 06:16 PM) Hey all, wanna ask about applying for exchange. Just to re-quote myself.... can anyone help on this?IN the application form there's a section where you're required to fill in a Financial Plan. I have no idea how to put in the figures. Can anyone enlighten me on this? I noticed they mention about having a bank account statement. This is only applicable to students from Australia and not us Malaysians in Sunway, right? For those of you who applied for an exchange before.. how long would it take for your faculty to approve your study plan? MY exchange application deadline is March 15 and I don't know when to start submitting my documents to my faculty... THe earliest I can do so would be February 1st because atm I'm working part-time with no leave or MC allowed... T_T |

Guys, I am going to do Bachelor of Informations Technology and Systems(BITS) at Monash. But I actually want to do Bachelor of computer science, but I did not meet the requirement because i got 47.5 for my math when they require 50. Is it possible for me to transfer from BITS to CS after the first year, if I do really well in my exams?

If you haven't, you may want to try your luck by applying for both. I'm currently doing CS and I haven't heard of cases where BITS students transfer to CS but I do hear of CS students transferring to BITS. Please ask the course advisor for more details. However, if you don't get into CS, don't be too down because you can always take a few CS subjects as your elective if you want to.. As far as I know, BITS and CS have about 6 (?) core subjects that is universal for the school of IT. I'm not very sure how the course structure is like for BITS because you have majors so you really need to check with the school.. All the best. |
