Zelan price is moving with IJM ...[attachmentid=869310]. As usual...do own research bfr invest.
This counter also swing very fast down if market sentiment is bad..especially recession news, etcs..

I sold all my Zelan today @ 0.590. My average cost is 0.639

I am with you Neo, thinking about puting some money into REITs but Atrium looks shaky and AXREIT still far above my average price so was thinking about HEKTAR or AMFIRST. Although HEKTAR has 11.7% it is mainly doing mall business while AMFIRST is in office line giving return of 10.048%
