Europe ended green while the US plunged into the red zone.
Oil broke above $50 - good news for O&G sectors. Tomorrow looks like it going to be mixed results for KLSE. |

QUOTE(cherroy @ Mar 20 2009, 10:21 AM) Btw, my speculation that TMI recent rise may due to some party (including underwriters) intention to push up the price so that right issue can be proceeded, if share price dropping too low, right issue is difficult to place out. Somehow your speculation is not far off. They will try to maintain its share price as long as they could. Good news for those who bought TMI at low prices. But will be bad for those caught at high prices. But the problem is.. when will this rally ends? |

QUOTE(aurora97 @ Mar 20 2009, 03:03 PM) personally i think Resorts (though the current economic climate) will not want to hoard its more than huge enough war chest with cash.. at the end of the day the only beneficiary of the monies will be the gov. Hmm.. but who are doing the selling in huge volume? more likely than not with the continued share buy back schemes and consolidation of grip by resorts over its own shares.. there is possibility a dividend will be announced and the monies will be recycled back into the companies coffers. OR...the constant grap for shares could hint possible privatisation move by the company &rakan2 suhabat resorts. Wow.. the huge buy queue @1.910 suddenly gone. Can believe Resorts down today while most other "popular" counters are green.
Within 10 mins, Resorts suddenly down to 1.900 already. |

Maybe there are some insider news that we haven't been informed yet.
Resorts down not only itself but also negatively affecting its 3 children too. A lot of people got burned. |

Decided to stay on the sideline today.
And congrats to Resorts. Made the 2nd Top Loser (in percentage) among the top 20 Most Active Counters. |

QUOTE(Grengo01 @ Mar 20 2009, 05:29 PM) QUOTE(sharesa @ Mar 20 2009, 06:12 PM) be patient , be patient , heh-heh.... yunno I bought @ what price? 2.50/2.80/3.50. Yes.. I agree. Relax dude. 1.900 is not a high price. Sooner or later the selling will have to end. And who knows.. Resorts will fly very soon. This share has got no company fundamental problem, that is the relieve. Besides having a good stash 4b worth of cash, its daily operating income is also very much intact. Unfortunately, its being sold at this moment for no apparent reason. If you think you can hold your money for a while, then, I believe it will be worth waiting. It's worth more than this price. |

QUOTE(Soulsareworthless @ Mar 21 2009, 03:35 PM) Fingers crossed, I need Genting to fly higher compared to Resorts, Genting entry at RM3.60, Resorts only RM1.91. Genting has been up for 3 days consecutively from @ 3.20 to @ 3.42 yesterday. So reaching @ 3.60 looks like quite possible if it continue inches its way up. |
