I am with you Neo, thinking about puting some money into REITs but Atrium looks shaky and AXREIT still far above my average price so was thinking about HEKTAR or AMFIRST. Although HEKTAR has 11.7% it is mainly doing mall business while AMFIRST is in office line giving return of 10.048%
