my sister's Hotlink 365 is expiring soon and she is currently not in Malaysia.
How to help her to renew the Hotlink 365 subscription or even better, migrate to HYC without the phone physically present?

no you can't. i've requested this before and maxis insist that the statement is stored in a centralized database and will only be sorted out for viewing/printing on the billing date.

Have you tried the OCS? I think you can get it there. If not better you can call up the CS and ask them given a time frame when the call was expected.

So my line is HYC. I no need to top up until 28-10-2013? Because my mom just use for receive call only and I plan to active to 365 plan actually. So this mean that I no need to buy the 365 plan already?
