if you ask me, i would say maxis should not charge anything, instead they should offer CHEAPER price..

why?

1) they don't need to print physical card reload
2) they don't need to pay 'komisyen' to dealer who should selling the reload
3) the postpaid user who help to reload any hotlink number is helping to increase hotlink ARPU

so why postpaid user being charge 50sen to help them (maxis)?

hi there, can someone help me with my hotlink? i have a problem and it happens every month and i am getting rather pissed about it. When i send out a sms the person will get the message but when they reply me i have to send out a sms in oder to receive all my smses that are suppose to come into my phone. I can fix this when i switch my hotlink sim card into another phone and send out a sms, after i do this everything will be ok for a month. Calls are not a problem so i dont think its my phone. The phone i am using is nokia 5800 xm and i will switch my sim card into my k750i for it to work again. Anyone can help me? Please and thank you.

both me and my gf encounter quite similar problem sometimes with our SE P1i and SE G900.
Just need to restart the phone in order to get all the sms. For our case, it's confirmed that it's phone problem..

have u try using yr sim with other phone n see whether same thing happen?

im a user of maxis num .i buy this num in 2004.until year 09,it gives me problem
so i change to hyc but i like this num

i nver topup until the pembatalan servis date is near
usually if like that maxis will give offer like topup 10 and get 5 free
but now,no msj at all

then,before i topup ,i check my credits,rm 9 somthing,
after i topup rm 5,i check again rm 7.66 .wth ?
then i msj few times.still rm 7.66 .not deducted which was good
a day after that i get free bday call
ok.no deduct but after msj,it deduct 1 sen. abit happier. bcause i thought i already port to hyc but no bcause the expiry date is still 2010

and 1 day after,i check again my credit.it becomes rm 2 although i din't use it.

this is why i hate maxis.

So happy with hotlink. Keep giving promotion like reload RM10 get RM3 free.

Haha. Then good thing for me. Last time even offered me 800 points for reload of RM10. 

I suffer from bad maxis service during this CNY period.
Cant call out, cant send message. Argh!

I'm not abusing the number. Just that my monthly usage is really little.

anybody got problem with hotlink today?
mine cant accept incoming (calls & sms).
outgoing no problem. i can call & my sms received by others.
only incoming problem.

i have call maxis n told what to do.
1. change to manual operator (my maxis of course)
2. changed to GSM only.

but still problem.

2nd call, they said klcc/some kl area got problem. have to wait 4 hours.

*err.. is this the rite place to ask..?
