I'm a prepaid user.
How and where do I buy RM 5 Hot Ticket to enjoy "lifetime" validity? Btw, what is a "hot" ticket? This is the first time i heard it. I've been just using normal RM 30 top up cards. They expire after 30 days Someone please explain to me This post has been edited by <2012>: Jan 16 2011, 05:55 PM |

QUOTE(gastacopz @ Jan 16 2011, 10:54 PM) yup..the one n only telco got lifetime thingy... I read the fine print and it says one need to top up minimum RM5 every 90 days in order to enjoy the "Lifetime validity". Failing to top up within 90 days will result in immediate termination of account. My question is, how do I keep track of the 90 days so that I wont miss the dateline ? Previously I would just dial *122# and got the reply of "Balance xx, service cancellation date xx.xx.xx". But ater switched to New Hotlink plan, dialing *122# just showed "Lifetime validity" no dateline of account termination. p/s - read the small little tiny fine print regarding this so called 'lifetime validity' Note: I only top up to keep my 2 rarely used hotlink numbers. |

QUOTE(gastacopz @ Jan 17 2011, 12:14 PM) Thanks for the info. I tried it and was told my next expiry is 16th April 2011....to avoid losing balance, I must top up before this date. Only incoming call is allow after account expiry and account will be terminated after 90days.That means I just need to top up RM5 every 180 days (90days with validity + 90days barred period) to keep my numbers ? However the website says otherwise. ![]() If subscriber did not top up till 90th day (min RM5), the number or line will automatically be terminated, will not able to retrieve number. |

i just bought my hotlink sim card last few days... top up rm10, then suddenly they deduct rm4... when i called the customer service, they say it's some "glu" service i subscribed which i didn't!!! i called up the customer service number not knowing i was charged lagi!!! then i ask for the report number, and they say will send me the report number after i close the phone, but never give me!!!
Added on January 17, 2011, 11:18 pmwhere can i find the calling rates for hotlink? and also for sms? i can't find them in the hotlink website lagi... This post has been edited by ahtom82: Jan 17 2011, 11:18 PM |

I was wondering about how can my phone suddenly can;'t use opera mini, and whenever i use my default browser to go "m.opera.com", it will says bad gate way..
I finally figured this out yesterday.., under the settings for my hp internet setting, i realized theres a proxy feature, which was on.., so i off it.., and saved it, the same for the one under my default browser, the connection, and also the connection setting under opera mini, disabled all proxy then i can browse with opera mini like usual, yeahg xD |
