i just bought my hotlink sim card last few days... top up rm10, then suddenly they deduct rm4... when i called the customer service, they say it's some "glu" service i subscribed which i didn't!!! i called up the customer service number not knowing i was charged lagi!!! then i ask for the report number, and they say will send me the report number after i close the phone, but never give me!!!

anyone knows how to check how many data left in my account? i tried using the hot ticket internet, but i dunno how to check how much mb left.... i went online and they charge on my credit.. walao...
