Yeah, tbh I couldn't stand seeing the expression on his face after his dismal @ OT. It was the very rare ones that you got to see. I do hope once the international fixtures are out of the way, the team would get their acts back together and focus on all legs.

I think its them who wanted us to have a loss in form.

We are still 1 point with 1 game in hand. Its us to determine the outcome of this season's Premiership.

Thats pure evil. No matter how much we loathe a certain player (or a human being for that matter) we should never wish harm or injury to them. Sort yourself out

We shall see what the international break will do to both teams [form & injuries wise].

For us, this little break might just give the players a breather and try to bounce back from 2 consecutive defeats? As for them, I am not sure if they actually wanted this break. Normally the form team will want to play their next game as soon as possible to continue the streak.

I believe fatigue is the only major concern on our team and after looking at the schedule we will be like having a Champions League match every week, OMG... blink.gif

We really need fresh legs for all our remaining matches... icon_question.gif

Please bounce back for your fans, Manchester United! bruce.gif

For me, the international break is good for Man Utd especially with current form.
Berbatov, Neville, Brown can use this time to recover from their injuries. Veteran players can fully recharge.

If berbatov can't make it in time, i think it's time to put Tevez and Ronaldo as 2 upfront, Nani & Park to fly the wings.
We really need all the players that dare to shot from distance.

who else is reporting for international duty?

Ronaldo, Nani, Vidic, Evra, Tosic, O'Shea? How about our Asian and South American player?

The sooner the injured Rafael and suspended Vidic is back the better MU defence is.
IMO Neville and Scholes should be retired out to pasture. Am I out of line here?
Reasons are obvious these former ENGLAND INTERNATIONALS are past their prime and MU first team squad DESERVES BETTER. Only exception will be Giggs a player whom I admired tremendously and still rated a 1st. team member.

I believe Scholes should be particularly singled out, especially for the loss to Fulham for the following reason.

He is a CHEAT and a 'backstabber'
Against Zenit (Euro Supercup) he was caught and redcarded doing 'hand of God' and true to character he was redcarded in the last game. As a Professional (not amateur) player you are conditioned not to handballed deliberately unless you want to cheat. Because of these incidents I believed he is a CHEAT. Regarding 'BACKSTABBING' his MO when he loses the ball to an opponent he will BACKTRACKED and clipped or foul from the BACK deliberately out of SPITE. He gets away a number of times, without being yellow carded, on English soil.
Now our jingoistic sports commentators, referees to a cetain extent. and fans alike just called his actions CHEEKY.
My analysis of the last game is that Scholes 'sabotaged' and lost the game for MU. Without him (case in point FA cup 4-0 win against Fulham) MU will have won the last game. Could his benching at that time affected him subsequently?

Its OK if you disagree with me about Scholes. He should be retired like Gunnar Solkjaeer managing the reserves.

The reason I brought this out is that I believe MU fans deserve better CRITIQUE for their recent loss. If he was a DIABY or EBOUE he would have got a hair dryer treatment.

OK then, I disagree with you. It's so convenient for a non-Mu fan like you to brand someone like Scholes a cheat when in my memory only handballed 1-2 times in his 15-year career of a professional footballer. He doesn't dive, he doesn't spit, and for goodness sake, he doesn't deliberately fouls players on the back. He's always infamously known for his short legged tackling that sometimes earn him cards and that's because he's passionate for the team. Also, spending a few seasons playing alongside with Keano will definitely turn one to of that character. Like i say, it's very convenient for you to come over and blame everything on Scholes when he has 1 bad game, unlike you, we don't single out players like this (like Vida vs LIV), because we recognize their previous contributions to the team as well and having a scapegoat in the team doesn't help either.

If you brand Paul Scholes a cheater and a backstabber name me a few football players who doesnt cheat in their entire footballing career and gets away from bad fouls without cards. The fact that he doesnt score doesnt mean he's shit, just look at his passes and the way he swtich the side of the play. Why don't you blame Berbatov, Giggs or Ronaldo since they did not start the FA Cup 4-0 win agaisnt Fulham.

It was an uncharacteristic performance from United with Ryan Giggs guilty of some dreadful passing - ESPN soccernet.

Get your facts right and proven before accusing Paul Scholes a cheat and a backstabber. Without him at least we wont even qualify for the last Champions League final.
