Well at least for the battery life, you can swap the internal battery pack to something of a higher capacity. We do have battery maintenance service offered with a higher capacity pack no? Of course, it won't be original. But then the warranty period may be well exceeded when the battery dies.

Both are Maxis units, refurbished has serial number starting with 5XX while new has 8XX.

Then how you know her 5XX better than your 8XX in term of build quality? Example pls...

It has been proven in some cases that refurbished units are better than new units. She is my friend, so I get to hold hers and compare it with mine.

can sum1 briefly tell me about iData plan usage? what i mean is, for 250 mb, what u can do with iPhone.. does mxis hv unlimited data usage plan?

250mb means u only can use up to 250mb per month only..above than tht u will get another extra charges

it means you can use up to 250MB everymonth and if you use more than that you will be charge base on their rate, and there and unlimited plan where you pay rm99 for unlimited data, not the rm99 for 3GB data in the iData plan in the maxis site.

p/s: im not sure this unlimited date still available but that unlimited date is different from the iData which only up to 3gb permonth.

sorry for misleading question.. what i ask is, what is roughly u can do with 250mb data plan.. open up 1000 times yahoo pages, streaming and use map application.. i'm not sure either my question is correct or not.. haha

A lot of centers do have them. But keep it to the major ones and also at prominent locations like shopping center. Official Machines store also have stock. They can do Maxis registration too (if not mistaken). Also there's a RM20 voucher for you to spend on accessories and others.
