Hi guys, i wanted to flash my firmware.... How do i backup my sms?

BTW im using the omnia from vodafone uk... can i flash it to malaysia firmware?

hi guys, 1 question here:
i wish to get an omnia but how much is it selling now? i read that it was rm2.1k but not sure if thats the reasonable price for a genuine set. could some1 pls advice. cheers

info: TCPMP from sharpman doesnt exactly works anymore... if u want a working version try checking out TCPMP Phenom edition. u can get it from modaco.

Guys, currently my firmware is ACHH3, i downloaded i900DZIA5_updater_vista but when i click verify device, it says "incorrect software version, pls check the device"

Why is it so?

ur trying to flash rom from diff region to ur phone. plz read 1st page. for more info to fix.

Alrite... saw the .txt file for incorrect software version...

But when i dial this *#1546792*#, nth appears on my phone

Is your device i900 or i910?

SGH-i900V.... Stated so on the box and manual

Try going into your registry:
HKCU\ControlPanel\Version\CustomVersion and change whatever you have to DZHK3.

NOTE: If DZHK3 doesn't work for you, try DXHK3.
An experience from bro czarm1027 at samsung-omnia.org did it with DXHK3.

beside that,the delivery notification(for message) will charge any cost?

i got oxford english to english dict. If you look around i think you can also find same free english to english dict. Just slightly more complicated to install.

i couldnt find any oxford dictionary to download.i try other dictionary too,but after install,cant be use 1.

Just managed to upgrade to ACHJ2 UK and im pretty satisfied with it...

Is there alot of difference between ACHJ2 and DZIA5?

cant really say on the difference because i dont know what HJ2 has. but in IA5 there's the online widget if u want to try...

There are free applications from microsoft.. and it does pays to check the download section from time to time
