Did you read the installation manual properly. Coz if i am not mistaken, some of the hardware you need to unplug before you install the software, while some you need to plug it in before you install.
If still problem, then go for wrranty ba.

i think is ok..if still fail after scan ( after click ok ) ..mybe i will chnge it..but semak la everytime open the config ..popup comeout "not dtect..scan first" zz..nvmindlah..i still can press the button and chnge the profiles

Ya sad news, But i think Rm200++ for a nice bag like this should b ok for me. Coz it got a gud laptop compartment n others useful compartment where u can use it to bring all ur lanparty needs. Btw if u go search this same design of messenger n ofcoz not from razer that selling in Crumpler in Suria Klcc u surely find out their product is more expensive. In conclusion razer had made something affordable with its quality.

I over heard from banleong staff at pc fair, they them self also say that... thats why if want to purchase Lanchesis, get the red colour one due to chipset update or something maybe firmware (correct me pls if i am wrong)

Added on April 22, 2009, 1:56 pmI m using razer lachesis "white light" for a year, so far no problem with it. But last time after i bought it n install to my pc, the mouse pointer is pointing anyway randomly then i went to razer official web read n download the latest firmware. N after that update no problem till now.
