Well, as far as I know we did write a letter to them which we have yet to get a reply to or even a courtesy call from them... so what are they talking about....

when you have a developer + staff who is so sombong... what are we as buyers to do... sit and wait like some dungu's. what they thought we all are uneducated!!!!!

let them do what they are good at and we do what we have decided to do.... no turning back!!!! the developer has all our contact details they know who we are from this forum.. and our letter they can call us if they want.

enough is enough!!!!

Well, only put contacts of those who contributed and have info lo. If some owners who read it and called up, at least you can have "things to report" regarding the situation of our taman.

If CF has been issued, I don't think we have negotiating power (my opinion) unless developer shows some effort for a win-win situation that can convince us. Else Mr. Developer might says: "CF already been issue, meaning approve by authority that the house is fit to stay, what else you want to complain?" What we can do by then?

Hi Mr. Developer, (if you are viewing this forum)

If you are confident to deliver the rectification after we get the CF, might as well do it before... If every of our reasonable complain can be fixed, we don't mind wait for another month or two (I believe all owners can tolerate with the duration, if the problem can be rectified. Don't you agree owners? Rather than things not rectify or keep on dragging of CF approval).

I dont believe her. I dont think we r the culprit who delayed the CF. If the differences are on the structure then they are to be blame. We are just like adding salt to the wound.

I m sure MPS also is aware of the differences compared to the master plan. MPS doesnt need us to point on the differences. In fact we dont even got the chance to see the master plan. MPS has been doing this job foreverlah.

Developer is just trying to give excuses. Kalau ya pun bagi excuse yang logic lah.

Ok since we are not able to make it this sunday, will just brief on next action that needs to be taken by us:

2nd letter will be going out tomorrow to the developer (hand deliver) / cc copy to our councellor, hba, mps (bahagian bangunan), mps main person.

Jeffary will go next week Tuesday to make a complaint with kementerian perumahan dan kerajaan tempatan (kpkt).

Then we wait for them to act and hopefully get to organise a meeting.

Going to housing ministry might delay our CF issuance... but we do not know until and unless we try.

you are right, why put the blame on buyers? buyer paid so much to buy a dream house, end up with a sub-standard product. how would you feel? tolerate, accept it? as a consumer/buyer, we have every right to voice out our dissatisfaction if thing is not right, that is the developer's duty to fulfill their promises and deliver the right product to buyer.

do you think this developer will attend to buyers' complaints once cf issued? i tell you, "NO". my experience, they will tell you, whatever in your house, they will rectify, but only limited to minor defects, like wall crack, tiles crack..etc but outside your compound, sorry none of your business...road too small? cf is issued, authority said is safe for occupied, so? ceiling to low? that is the design, water pressure too low, you go and install the water pump with YOUR OWN COST, car porch too steep, land structure is as such, hillside development ma, cannot be avoided... all sorts of excuses..then whatever letters send in, they just ignored, only tell you their project dept will attend to it, who is the project dept person incharge, cannot tell, ask can talk to them? not in the office, who is their boss, cannot tell, can talk to him? cannot be arranged, not in office.bla bla bla...etc.... another funiest thing i ever heard from their staff, they do not even know what is their boss name, hahaha, biggest joke in the world. that is my experience with them....

Then i think this is the BEST time to negotiate with them to ask for compensation, since it is the critical time, and we also don want the CF to be delay but if really happend the Developer do not want to fix our problem after the CF issue then we have to accept it...

One more question, you seperate to 3 column is for save cost, or for 3 languages??

save cost ? well depends on how u look at it. three columns meaning you only need 33 pcs of paper. but if you still print on 100 pcs of paper meaning you can get 300 flyers.

i dont know how to translate to other languages lah bro. But you cannot edit the details. it is saved in jpeg unless if u know how to do it or if you have microsoft publisher than i can email the softcopy.
