I dont believe her. I dont think we r the culprit who delayed the CF. If the differences are on the structure then they are to be blame. We are just like adding salt to the wound.
I m sure MPS also is aware of the differences compared to the master plan. MPS doesnt need us to point on the differences. In fact we dont even got the chance to see the master plan. MPS has been doing this job foreverlah. Developer is just trying to give excuses. Kalau ya pun bagi excuse yang logic lah. Ok since we are not able to make it this sunday, will just brief on next action that needs to be taken by us:
2nd letter will be going out tomorrow to the developer (hand deliver) / cc copy to our councellor, hba, mps (bahagian bangunan), mps main person. Jeffary will go next week Tuesday to make a complaint with kementerian perumahan dan kerajaan tempatan (kpkt). Then we wait for them to act and hopefully get to organise a meeting. Going to housing ministry might delay our CF issuance... but we do not know until and unless we try. |

Thanks and Regards. do you think this developer will attend to buyers' complaints once cf issued? i tell you, "NO". my experience, they will tell you, whatever in your house, they will rectify, but only limited to minor defects, like wall crack, tiles crack..etc but outside your compound, sorry none of your business...road too small? cf is issued, authority said is safe for occupied, so? ceiling to low? that is the design, water pressure too low, you go and install the water pump with YOUR OWN COST, car porch too steep, land structure is as such, hillside development ma, cannot be avoided... all sorts of excuses..then whatever letters send in, they just ignored, only tell you their project dept will attend to it, who is the project dept person incharge, cannot tell, ask can talk to them? not in the office, who is their boss, cannot tell, can talk to him? cannot be arranged, not in office.bla bla bla...etc.... another funiest thing i ever heard from their staff, they do not even know what is their boss name, hahaha, biggest joke in the world. |
