My left leg is more stable than my right. I can do 10-15 pistols on my left leg but no more than 10 on my right. I can't imagine doing pistols with a barbell on my back, since I use my arms to stabilize myself while doing them.

Sorry, meant to say I do the single-arm ones. Double arm tricep 'kickbacks' are slightly harder to do without ending up swinging your body a bit, unless you're using super light weight.
Lat-pulldown and leg press cables have been busted at my gym for weeks. I hope the management figures out that they have to get it fixed. At least, by the time I get back to gymming. =/
Squats are never missing from my leg days. I use the leg press machine for either a bit extra, or for calves. xD Only do pull ups every once in a while though.
Which gym is this? It's rare to see a leg press and lat pulldown machine being broken for some time, cause they're amongst the most popular equipments behind the cardio machines
This isn't the first time these two have been broken. Some idiots even jammed up the weights for the pulldown machine with the metal safety pin thing and it took the management weeks to figure out it was jammed, and another one or two to actually get it out. The most popular items in this gym are the treadmills, stationary bikes, the sit-up bench and the 5/10lb dumbbells (lots of uncles, and young guys, come in between sets of badminton or squash, literally swing the DBs around a bit and leave).

Thanks for the compliment. i will upload a video probably next month when i am on a roll... just to clear the air... haha... just incase some are thinking i am blowing trumpet. haha....
200kg is my target for now and i wont give up till i reach it.... for somewat reasons i love doing deadlift aside from squats... i do not like to do bench presses, or bicep curls and stuff like that. i guess i am doing some powerlifting for the moment. =.=
but my goal is still a body builder goal... to have a nice body with substantial strenght as well. dont wanna be ripped but weak... =.= haha

Believe it or not, after a long hiatus of not training my arms, I did 25lbs DB bicep curls with great difficulty just now. LOL, and I've seen other people with skinnier arms lifting heavier than me on curls. What a shame of me.
I envy you so much. You've got arms like that without hitting them much.
what are cardio exercises? why most of them are outdoor activites.. =( I'm very much of indoor person and my parents don't really support me to go out very often.. my timetable is packed with studies so i don't have time to go to gyms..
Damn, I think today was the best leg day I've ever had.
My legs are numb now. Football in school, a ton of running obviously. Hit probably every part of the legs in the gym too. Squats, walking lunges, leg extensions/curls, calf raises, Bulgarian split squats and finished everything off with 2 sets of pistols (that's all I could manage by then). Then I actually made myself RUN home for no apparent reason, nearly collapsing outside my house. XD
