QUOTE(Aura @ Apr 13 2009, 10:19 AM) Depends on user preference.... For me, I've tried this version of sidewinder... It is not comfortable at all coz of the weird shape.... Hey Aura, how is the X8 performing on cloth mousepad? I read in the link below that the blue track technology does not work well with cloth mousepad? This is the reason why it is depending on the user himself.... Different users different requirements.... No pics to share for now.... After long consideration, bought the Sidewinder X8 mouse.... I totally recommend this bloody mouse to everyone after using it in Cyberfusion for 40hrs of gaming (wirelessly).... Comfortable and sensitive even on wireless mode..... Tried it on the Razer exactMat and tested on mostly FPS games.... Now I'm gonna test on my Qck to c but after using it for so long on exactMat, I'm not used to using this on Qck.... Will try when I get back home.... Added on April 13, 2009, 10:23 am Look at my post... I recommend Sidewinder X8.... For other choices, SS Ikari gets my vote.... For now, these 2 mice are the best on my list.... I've tried both in terms of ergonomics.... http://www.crunchgear.com/2009/03/16/micro...-review-update/ Please give some comment. Thanks! |

ikari optical of course,1 is rm8x and 1 is rm18x
i've tried the ikari optical at pc fair and i bought myself a mx518,IMO i cant feel any diff between the two in terms of performance, but ikari optical have better ergonomics and design + lightning ikari size almost same as mx518 This post has been edited by ZeneticX: Apr 14 2009, 03:20 AM |

ikari FTW !!!
but anyway if u really wanna buy a good mouse and u are on tight budget i suggest that u test it out first...go to any shop and try the demo set...u will know which is the mouse u want by simply touching it =p |

Generally laser engine can track faster and better. And opticals tend to skip when moved too fast.
