QUOTE(tech_frix @ Jun 3 2009, 09:16 PM) guys, last Q before buy lcd... in my head i got 2 choices of lcd... acer h233h and Dell s2309w...pls help me choose...TQ!!! If u on budget, h222h is way to go as it included hdmi cable. Size is good , color is superb for gaming movie(not for graphic desing). Just take note if u can tolerate the viewing angle(slight color shift). If the screen is mostly for your personal direct viewing than that is not a issue. i check the warranty book. pixel policy is 4 dead pixel+1 in centre if not wrong and must carry-in This post has been edited by Haoliao: Jun 3 2009, 11:10 PM

QUOTE(REDEEM3R-24 @ Jun 3 2009, 05:37 PM) hey guys wanna ask, wat's the best graphic card for 19" wide (1440x900) LCD? There really isn't such a thing as best graphic card for a monitor lar. More like which card suits the resolution and BUDGET. If u ask me go for a GTS250 or a 4850. That should be enough to handle most games at high settings at that resolution. If u have some extra cash then get a 4870/GTX260.

IMHO, you either go 4770 or 4870. 4850 is only slightly better then 4770 and cost about $150 more? Due to 4770 being out of stock (for the rest of this month? DDR5 supply small leh...), I'm thinking of going with 4870 myself... now to decide which brand..

Hi everyone,
i just saw this new lcd monitor by BenQ G2411HD 24" in lowyat for a very reasonable price of RM 799 with 3 years warranty, with HDMI connector.. the colours on the lcd look so stunning.. i'm considering purchasing it.. any comments??
Initially i wanted to purchase Dell s2409w.. but i heard that i does not have led blacklight as opposed to its more expensive cousin G2410.. can anybody verify this?? and further is Dell s2409 is non glossy??
