That's depend on cooling u have ... and dun reach 70'C while torturing is the best i can tell.

What's mosfets? Here's my current result. Just did a SuperPi 8M. Should I do a prime 95 test 1st or go for 1 more multiplier? For full load, the vcore is around 1.440

my x4 940 lowest vcore to run at stock core speed is 1.15v only
cant go any lower =(

u won't reach 70'c even w/ 1.5v, but i doubt d mosfets will last long if that kinda vcore is pumped 24/7. smile.gif

& u can hardly get prime stable w/ > 60'c load temp. nod.gif

undervoltage test complete..
now plan test hw far my 940be can go on stock vcore (1.35v)
after that plan oc to max xD

I stay at 3.0ghz while waiting for my new mobo.
