sarah is right, 6000+ default use 200x5=1000MHz HT link
so 200x4=800MHz. hehe use DFI more OC friendly  |

go into BIOS setup, press Load Optimized Default.
set your HDD boot sequence, save & exit. get into BIOS setup again, check NB voltage. NB is the chip below the heatsink you say hot. |

@CiDiLim: that one is your "HKey_LocalMachine\Software" registry from RegEdit.
