I've got bad experience with GH as well.
Bought a steering wheel for the Xbox, the box is nicely seal with GH stickers. Once I got home turned out it's an opened unit, everything inside has been opened although it looks new.

I reckon some one at the shop must have opened it and test drive himself and put it back into the box nicely.

Seriously, if you wanna sell an opened unit, let the customer know first, because once opened it's considered second hand already.

But I'm still buying gaming stuff from them, they got some stuffs that other shops don't have.

Owners if GH, if ya hear me, don't take this thread as flame, take it as a feedback to improve your business, I know your business is already good but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be improving.

Yup...they are not THAT friendly indeed...and to top it off...the games and accessories cost more that other places...

I would call Djinn friendly but he's more approachable than others in his shop...and selling SFIV at 215 when others are selling at 185-195 it's cut-throat...but to each his own...

i must agree that the staff's service is lacking.
once i went there to look for rockband (360), i went into the shop, walked around for like 5 minutes looking that the game selection. i know they dun have it but i thought i just asked, but no one attended to me. both of them were busy attending a couple buying some random game.

and i must agree that their pricing is a bit steep compared to other shops (alex, nelson). and the fact that they dun have a branch in KL town makes me go to their shop only a few times.

(i did bought guitar hero WT guitar set from them tho)

me myself bought all my PS3 games from alexwlh...

Djinn mestilah sedih , tgk feedback nie...apa pun bagus juga utk dia tingkatkkan customer service...ambil kawan baik / teman sekeliling jadi staff tak menjamin mutu perkhidmatan terbaik..kalau kawan " bukan kedai aku , so layan tak layan , duit masuk gak "...

mmg betul...carilah pekerja yang berwibawa Djinn, buakn kita nak kutuk, korang pun dah senior sangat dlm biz ni. Amiklah flame kiteorng ini sabagai teladan untuk memajukan perniagaan game anda, bukan untuk apa, untuk kita jugak kan. Amik yang jernh, buang yang keruh.
