l've been to many game shops who post on lyn. most of them had at least friendly service. some of them even go beyond the norm to provide excellent service.

gamers hideout has the worst service out of all of them. l wanted to buy a ps3 stick from them, l asked for price, they answered and after that they totally ignored me when i wanted more info. 2 ppl behind the counter bz playing sfiv. l got fed up & left

lf 1 of them was the boss, l wish him good luck with his business, & I will never recommend any1 to buy from them. lf they were both hired staff, they should go work in a non-service related job.

Last time i bought game there, they stop playing. And also shake hands , and welcome me. Same goes GamersSolution.. but GamersSolution guy don't play games

not only is their service bad, their prices are also more expensive compared to other sellers in lowyat. better you go buy from lowyat seller then from GH.

LOL... you better get your flame suit ready because GH has a lot of hardcore loyal fanbase around here especially from the 360 community... anyway, this is not the first time I've heard about this though but you don't have to open a new thread just for this. It causes suspicious you know...

Perhaps they are getting cocky since everyone's once looked up at them. i've got a bad experience from them as well, just like you, after asking for price...just leave me there like i'm worthless or something, straight playing their game (at that time its guitar heroes....oh i wanna add...they sucked at it by the way)...now my new gameshop is alex at sungei wang...even though the shop is quite small...their service is quite good...now both of them were playing games at that time...but then suddenly one of them stopped and asked me whether or not i want to play with them while waiting for my sf4 to arrive....

GH is more famous with 360 people compare to Playstation people in here.

I also know some people in here is quite dissatisfied with their service and go to Bernard, Alex, Nelson or Keane instead.

anyways, TS should complain to Djinn regarding this issue

perhaps every one who wants to go there need to say they are from LYN..then only get 1st class treatment

those guys very good...but others busy playing game...heheh...arr sometimes busy with babes too..
