Asking about PS3 hori stick, they gave me price. They even let me try out and play SFIV on the hori stick (though it was 360 version, PS3 one sold out).

my own experience with GH as a console seller in S'wak..

well,nth personally but i did went to survey GH Tropicana branch when i went to KL to see their shop since GH is so famous...

nobody attend to me as well when i walk in the shop so i felt left out and leave..mayb bcaz i look too young...abit disappointed lo caz actually i expecting to have a little chat with Djinn hoping him to share some experince in gaming industry from the same point of view as a seller...

but no doubt their shop is well decorated.

of course they let you try... they are playing while working and same time take advantage of it and furthermore got excuses for the boss..

TS.. u should put what time u went there.. and how do the staff looks like.such as wear what shirt or sumthing.. maybe djinn kan marah2 that staff.. or kickout.

Hi, Sorry the "nenek" you mention was my mom. Sometimes I'm busy or not enough staff so ask my parents to help out sometimes.

No worries Djinn/Jason, we just want what's the best for your business. Im glad u can take criticism head on. Sometimes is hard to swallow the term "the customers is always right" but its them, the consumers who kept you going and made GH what it is right now. I know cos im in the business line too and some customers are just plain annoying but i we must make sure they come back again, that's why no matter how rude they are, treat them nice, and they will come back again...

Just wanna confirm: I heard you can rent games from Gamer's Hideout?

Cineleisure for 360, Tropicana for PS3.

May I know the price and time limits (and any conditions) for renting? And perhaps a number to ask in advance if I could rent a game?

Actually the drummer outside is my dad sometimes, which drummer are you referring ? there is eddy or my dad, my dad is a drummer sometimes when he came by .
